"That was until I realized that I'm not leaving my house anytime soon and there's a great long-term payout when you work with local companies that provide great service and only offer quality appliances. I did my research on a washer and dryer. Went all over. Local, big-box, online... Why did I know that I was going to purchase from Cornwell above everywhere else? Easy - when I first walked into the store I told one of the guys hanging around the entrance that I was looking for a washer and dryer. His first question back was "What's wrong with your current washer and dryer? Why don't we just fix it?" I knew this was the place for me. Fast-forward six months and my dryer finally died. I walked back in the store and had pretty specific dimensions for the space - the smaller the better. 20 minutes later I walked out with a delivery date and some work to do to take down some shelves. Delivery day comes and Gary and Jake really went above and beyond. This delivery was probably a nightmare to them but they kept the mood light. My old Albany house had some custom built shelves that any other delivery person would have taken one look at and immediately left. They made sure to get my new washer & dryer in and I am more than pleased. They even fixed my front door that was having issues for years on the way in, and left me with some maintenance tips for my fridge. Needless to say, they now have a customer for life."

"You don't realize how important your refrigerator is until it stops working.
